I chose the Kristel Hotel because of its convenient location near Ostrich Valley, a place I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the strong accent on detail and expert service at this hotel. The memorable candlelit dinner in the evening with friendly and attentive service was a delightful experience.

Humiliating and frustrating check-out experience.

Fancy lobby bar, elegant restaurant with extensive wine selection, luxurious ambiance. The conference room had all the equipment, and the hotel had a great artistic touch with its wood carvings and sculptures. Beautiful outdoor dining area with hanging baskets.

Oh, I just loved cleaning up after myself! It was so fun to wash my own glasses and swim in the pond that formed in the bathroom.

I loved the old-fashioned character decor of the hotel, it gave it a unique charm. the balcony in my room offered a lovely view and I enjoyed sitting outside with a drink. the lift was convenient, especially when carrying luggage. the wide marble stairwell added elegance to the hotel's ambiance. the clean pool, although a bit cold, was a refreshing spot to relax. the Bulgarian cakes and yogurt served were delicious. the staff, especially the young waitress Jana and the receptionist, were always available and extremely helpful.

I felt so at home during my stay at the hotel that I have no reason to complain.

Celebrated New Year in a charming hotel in a peaceful setting. Lovely and spacious rooms, great power shower, and amazing swimming pool. Fantastic breakfast that provided a great start to the day. the hotel had easy access to the local tourist information center and traditional restaurants. the staff was always helpful and friendly.

The sauna incurred an additional charge, which was unexpected. it was a minor inconvenience and didn't take away from an enjoyable New Year celebration.

Hair dryer malfunctioned.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable room we got. The location is great, very close to the beach and offers a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning and mini-bar in the room were quite noisy and we had to unplug them in order to get a good rest.

the kristel hotel is amazing! the staff here are perfect - so friendly and helpful. the room was clean and in great condition - with good soundproofing. the location is great too - with a lovely relaxing atmosphere thanks to the evergreen trees and light sea breeze. i loved the breakfast - lots of variety and good for different diets. special shoutout to veronika for being so friendly!
